Konichiwa!
I found this meme and decided to... well. do it.
I made this picture when I was first fiddling with Narsissia's visual characteristics... You see I've redone her several times (look in my moneglk devinations for her).
I made this to see what she looks like with straight hair... she wouldn't look bad, but I'll be sticking with the curly hair (it fits her).
My inspiration for her is actually my own sister... heh. They odn't look alike, but they are a lot alike when it comes to personality.

It is a great improvement. But, Now I shall give my critique! Mwa-ha-ha-ha!
First, make sure that since your character is turned about 1/2 way to the side, that the rest of her is as well. It's very apparent around the collarbone area.
Then be careful about her hair on the side facing away from us. it looks as if it was cut on the right side (her perspective) and kept long on the left side.
As for the chest area mentioned in the first comment, what they meant was that the shading and lighting suggest that there is a kind of invisible ball squishing her there causing the entire chest to look mutilated.
Last thing to be careful of is the left shoulder. It looks like it's dislocated.
Onto what I did like. I liked the colors used for the shirt and hair. And you also seem to give very natural feeling creases in the clothing.
